i see isaac night x reader, while she is an outcast with the ability to see ghosts
i imagine like 7 chapters, angst, hurt/comfort, fluff at the end, YOU KNOW THE DRILL
so, she starts attending Nevermore when she’s like 16 years old and often finds comfort in the forest WHERE she meets isaac for the first time
he’s absolutely baffled by the fact that she speaks to him and first, he sees a kid he doesn’t want to have anything to do with
BUT THEN, he realises it’s nice to talk to someone, who actually listens and shares a lot of struggles with him
so, she returns, year after year to talk to him again, getting older and beautiful, until he’s utterly in love with her
and then, during her last Nevermore year, strange news about zombie spread around school
she goes to the forest to share her concern with isaac, but she cannot see him (why so, huh?)
BUT THEN THEY FINALLY MEET AGAIN AND HE REACHES FOR HER HAND AND GETS TO TOUCH HER PROPERLY
spread the word amongst writers, i wanna see this happen!
