hi! for brother’s best friend week i could not sleep without recommending “bloom” by jungxk 💌 it’s insanely hot, insanely well-written. tells the story of namjoon’s sister and his best friend hoseok who sniff around each other for years before finally giving in. so good!

Plums and Melons by winetae is one of the hottest brother’s best friend’s fics out there. Jimin gets a little TOO distracted by Tae’s little sister and the two of them keep sharing increasingly more daring encounters. Feelings are definitely involved and the tension is to die for. Highly recommend.

i’d like to shamelessly self-rec my fic (via my bts blog @yeojaa) “not your fairytale”. it’s a fake dating trope oneshot with a yoongi x reader pairing. i thiiiink the execution is unique - even if it’s a common trope - and it’s honestly just very sweet and a little sad. there’s a lot of introspection and reflection and someone once said it was “cake tasting sweet!” so 🙈

hey! for this week i'd like to reccomend Groovy by kinktae. it's an immaculate 1970s taehyung au, with references, proper retro setting, brilliant humor and everything. it's very well written !! the "brother's best friend" trope here is very unique here because the brother, jungkook, is dead. i have to warn you, it's a complete tear jerker but I'm sure that's all the more reason you will entirely LOVE this fic💗

Hello! Can I please recommend Off Limits by floralseokjin for this week’s theme? Jordan’s writing is so beautiful and the dialogue (and dirty talk) is *chef’s kiss*. The story is y/n x brother’s best friend!Jin. JIN. I am screaming at this characterization of Jin. It meshes really well with how I imagine Jin’s personality to be like and, then, add in a dash of soft dom. The whole story is really a roller coaster of emotions with good amounts of smut, angst and fluff. (1/2)

I also really enjoyed the character development and the story progression. Just a great story all around.
