i’d also like to rec: @coepiteamare’s the dictionary of lovers because vi’s writing hits you right in the centre of your chest and makes you truly believe these feelings are your own (which is an incredible feat); @latetaektalk’s goodnight which... is very real (and painful and sad) but at the core, honest, and in a world of fiction where lots of things can feel out of this world and unbelievable (in the best of ways), this reminds you that sometimes love isn’t enough; and @snackhobi’s burning bright because i’m a sucker and this story was written for me. but honestly, because it’s equal parts comforting and inspiring, putting joy’s wonderful spin on some already flawless source material.

hi! for hidden gems, i’d like to rec: @bangtanfancamp’s forever rain, because it’s such a soft comfort fic that tackles a very real, not often addressed topic that i think deserves to be seen by so many more people; @kkulfm-writing’s thoughts in a minor for the same reasons above (evie’s writing is so evocative, i can feel everything she’s laid out and it both shakes and stills my heart in tandem); @gyukult’s from home because this is such an entertaining read with a very fun premise and equally great main and supporting characters; and @sahmfanficbts’ a match made in heaven bc sam is one of the smartest writers i know and everyone should be in awe of her wordplay and brilliance (since i am floored by it with every single piece of writing she releases). hopefully these reasons suffice!

Mint Tea: How do you relax?

If I’m feeling super tense, I usually do a bit of yoga and try to breathe. Then, if I can, I have the bubbliest of bubble baths, with a cup of honey, lemon and ginger tea, that usually helps a lot. A mixture of these three things usually relaxes me quite a bit. I also try not to watch or read things as well, I just stick to music, that helps clear my head and relaxes me too✨
