TrendShells – My Entrepreneurial Journey
Hello everyone!
This week has been a mix of excitement, challenges, and valuable learning experiences as I focus on running Trend Shells, my phone case business. Here’s a quick update on how things are going:
What’s Working? ✅
Product Interest: Our phone cases with unique designs and durable materials are attracting attention. A few friends and early customers have already shared positive feedback about the quality.
Social Media Marketing: Posting pictures of our cases on Instagram and TikTok is generating engagement. People love seeing how the cases look on actual phones.
Inventory Management: Keeping a small initial stock is helping me track sales without overstocking or tying up too much money.
What’s Not Working? ❌
Sales Volume: While engagement is good, actual sales are slower than expected. I need to explore new ways to convert interest into purchases.
Time Management: Balancing product creation, marketing, and bookkeeping is proving more challenging than I anticipated.
How Do I Feel the Project Is Coming? Overall, I feel optimistic. Trend Shells is still in its early stages, but every small sale and positive review motivates me to keep improving. I know that running a business takes persistence, and I’m excited to see growth in the coming weeks.
