i was hiding myself away a bit in the insecurity that i’m a bit annoying or that the space i take up, even with tags and things, is a bit annoying, and like if i send someone a message i’m draining them of the little energy they have, and i should probably just leave them alone so they can relax if they need to or spend their energy on what they’d originally intended to spend their time on. it sounds silly to admit and i feel kind of embarrassed but i guess it’s best to be honest? and also i’m trying to remember that the thing i’m scared of could be the impression i’m giving. even though i feel like i’m sparing people, maybe i am making it look like i don’t want to be bothered, being scared can  narrow my perception to be self centred. i feel self centred saying all this!!!! i’m trying to treat it like an exercise, even when writing expressive tags or messaging someone feels forced i am trying to treat them as exercises, just keep trying trying trying
