This has been one of the most vigorous debates for hundreds of years with the most prestigious of minds... For me Art is, no matter the creator, no matter the function, no matter the ways it was created or manufactured. Though, what has become the most valuable cases in art is the authenticity of it. Crazy Faces: #Picaso, weird bodily functions figures and collage: #Matise, Drips on canvas and active abstract: #Pollock. Colleges of cut upmoaintings: Krasner, Active stokes of color: #Frankenthaler... Blocks of colorfields: #Rothko They tested and charted new paths in art... All these people pushed the definition of art and what it was/is...
