alright, tomorrow
you will be waiting to eat until ~4pm
when you wake up, don't rush things -> do your morning routine and take it easy. weigh yourself, don't get too frustrated if it isn't as low as you would like. it could be water weight, gained muscle, etc. you're in a deficit, you will lose. relax.
wait to feel your stomach growl, enjoy it
water is nice when and if the growling turns to aching
thinspo is great, same with watching shows. settle in and light a candle, maybe read a few chapters of your book. nurse a cup of coffee while you're at it. maybe even try to draw something.
when you get bored, it'll be time to go for a walk.
make sure your phone is charged and try to be out there for 2 hours or so, maybe more.
time will fly by rather quickly, so when 4pm rolls around, take some diet pills.
prepare your meal and slowly graze over your plate. look at thinspo. drink plenty of water. pause between your bites. leave some over if you feel uneasy (but still count the calories of the whole thing). why eat stuff that won't make you feel good?
when you're finished, go wash your dishes. you need something to do directly after eating in order to prevent binging.
the laxative effect of the pills should be working by now, so go to the restroom and do your duty.
why not journal the foods you've eaten so far?
remember to drink plenty of water.
don't be bothered to eat more. you're too full anyway. what's the point of eating more than what's necessary to fuel you? drink some more water.
go take a shower, you've earned it. feel the hot water on your skin and relax after such a tiresome day. scrub off all the muck and grime and feel clean.
snuggle up in bed under the covers. enjoy the growl of your stomach or something. think of how well you did today. Be excited for tomorrow and crush it.
