Anywho. Following on from that last angsty trainwreck of a post... Practising mindfulness and gratitude so here are four things I'm thankful for: Having two good solid friends to have fun and good chats with. Good health for all my loved ones. Books! The fact that I'm alive, healthy and able to walk around and hear and see the world. no matter how crappy life sometimes feels, its good to be here. :)
