HDPE holds flat on weekly benchmark
HDPE has remained unchanged on the weekly snapshot, keeping the short-term view stable for contract checks and supplier quote comparison. The wider timeline shows only small shifts versus month and three-month anchors.
Ahmedabad assessments show Rs 97/kg on 19 February 2026, unchanged from Rs 97/kg on 12 February. Indian HDPE prices are slightly higher than the month marker of Rs 96/kg on 20 January and above the three-month timestamp of Rs 95/kg on 21 November. The six-month anchor is Rs 98.5/kg on 21 August, keeping the latest value marginally below that mid-year point. In the year-ago same-date comparison, the marker was Rs 98/kg on 19 February 2025, which frames the annual check slightly softer. Over the available record, the high is around Rs 100/kg and the low is Rs 93.5/kg, placing the current assessment close to the middle of the recorded span. This keeps HDPE prices in India within a measured historical zone rather than at the edges of the year’s data.
