Strong weekly gains keep domestic trade near highs
Precipitated Silica extended its upward domestic movement this week, with prices reaching the highest level seen during the recent trading period. Indian Precipitated Silica prices for Feed Grade material from TATA in Ahmedabad rose to Rs 130/kg on 27 May from Rs 120/kg during the previous week. The latest increase reinforced the firm undertone already visible through May, while trading conditions remained active and orderly across the domestic market.
The current assessment stands well above earlier comparison levels. Domestic values were close to Rs 98/kg one month ago and around Rs 84/kg during the three-month reference period. Six-month benchmarks near Rs 73/kg continue highlighting the broader recovery visible across the market structure. Recent domestic trading ranged between Rs 70/kg and Rs 130/kg, reflecting a much wider operating band compared with earlier quarters. Precipitated Silica prices in India therefore continue holding close to recent highs despite larger upward adjustments during recent sessions. Indian Precipitated Silica prices have maintained a firm structure throughout May as procurement activity tracked the steady domestic rise,#StrongGains, #WeeklyTrend, #DomesticTrade, #MarketHighs, #PriceMomentum, #TradeUpdate.
