torso rotations each side 90lbs
abdominal 90lbs
AB crunch bench 25 lbs
after those I hade planned a few more but the muscles in my abdominal area started to spasm so I decided to quite while ahead for now and build up to more
Monday arms

shoulder press 70lbs
bicep curl 70lbs
tricep press 90lbs
dumbbell over head press 30lbs

log lunges (5 a leg)

I'm not getting as much primitive work outs done as I would like but between work and the strange weather patterns we have been having I have been finding it hard to a lot time for that. that being said however I will try to get back to it as soon as possible.
