I'm not getting as much primitive work outs done as I would like but between work and the strange weather patterns we have been having I have been finding it hard to a lot time for that. that being said however I will try to get back to it as soon as possible.

this applies to many things failed test, failed relationships even to missed days at the gym/workout spot. I had one today because I go caught up in school things and I missed my primitive workout (however my gym workout is still on) and I could let that kill my whole weeks workout program or I can go dang I missed a day and move on and still get some good use out of the rest of the week.

winter crazyness
due to winter craziness I didn't get much done last night. for those up north like part of my family this snow would be no big deal. however our state government thinks we don't need that many supplies for snow storms because we don't have them that often. so when we do have them we don't have enough to do much very fast.
messed up day lol
ok today has been a long messed up day and I'm very sorry that I haven't got anything for you guys tonight :(. but I'm human and we mess up, no big deal its a new day tomorrow and ill start again. basically today I had an online test and then a dentist appointment following that , then straight to work, then I didn't get off work at the time I intended so no primitive work out today, following that I had to let a family member borrow my car due to his not working so he could work the night shift. so basically it boils down to day I didn't do crap but it happens and iv read you cant let it destroy your work out week you must rise above. now off to bed to start a new tomorrow

ok I have selected a possible location for my punching bag on the edge of the clearing where I normally work out. one tree(on the left) is standing in the field and the other(on the right top half) is right at the tree line. I figure I can run a cable or at the very least put up some wooden support beams to hold the bag up. if I do the cable ill just run a chain down with a clip for the bag. if I do the board or wooden beam I can toss a rope over and hall the bag up and tie it off to keep it from getting away.
todays workout
ok today had two workouts one at the gym and the other primitive in my backyard as normal.
primitive
run down the street approximately half a mile but I was running by time so I cant be sure. I used the 5k runner and ran for 25 minutes alternating 1 minute runs and 1.5 minute walks with a five minute warm up to start and a five minute warm down to close it out. my legs actually feel good which is surprising but maybe all that training and sprinting last week helped out.

for some reason the equipment feels less heavy than the free weights?
also I don't know the name of all these excesses just yet but they are things I have picked up on by watching some YouTube videos on primitive workouts and tried to substitute modern equipment in and such. as I get to know people better at the gym I will try to get people to show me the proper way to do these workouts in person, as well as learn what they are properly called. when I do you can expect full update and maybe even proper revision of old post.
