Happy new year, everyone! How was your new years eve? Could you rely on your special underwear? What supplies did you use and did they help?
Lets make 2022 a #yearwithoutleaks because #wewearbecausewecare about better care. Be #betterdrythansorry
Did you know?
Adult diapers are not only safe in the sense that they are worn in place over the patient’s body instead of catheters, but because diapers lie on the body and are not inside like catheters, incontinence diapers do not lead to bladder infections! Regular change provided.
Our WeWearBecauseWeCare-Team wishes you a Happy new Year and well-deserved rest and comfort with the best protection you need!
#ad Guys don’t mind me, this is just the face I make when doing my pelvic floor exercises 💪😂 Today I’ve teamed up with Always Discreet and @Gynaegeek to try and help break the silence on bladder leaks and to show women that you really are not alone. I was surprised to hear from current research by Always Discreet that two thirds of women in the UK have experienced bladder leaks including more than half (64%) being 18-24 year olds (so much younger than I thought!) yet almost half have still not raised the topic with trusted friends or family. Ladies if you’re experiencing this please talk to your GP (and each other) #WeeNeedToTalk It’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Remember to do your pelvic floor exercises every day too as this has actually been proven to improve it for many 🙌 If you’re unsure or need some advice then just head over to @Gynaegeek. I think I maybe just need to work on my ‘concentration face’ now, what do you think?😂🙊 #AlwaysDiscreet (at Glasgow, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1iuXW9B9JJ/?igshid=148rx6giuthzr
#ad S Q U E A S Y 🍋 This is the face of a girl who is nailing her pelvic floor exercises! We always talk about training our abs, but never our pelvic floor … why are we so ashamed ・ In fact research by Always Discreet found almost half (49%) of women have still not raised the topic with trusted friends or family ・ Thank the lord I’m prone to oversharing to bring you this important message; WE SHOULD ALL TRAIN OUR PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES REGARDLESS OF AGE (& EVEN SEX, HELLO BOYS YOU CAN DO THEM TOO)!!! Let’s break the taboo. Always Discreet is on a mission to break the silence on bladder leaks and show women experiencing them that others just like them, are going through the same ・ Women experiencing bladder leaks should seek advice from a health care professional such as a GP, to identify the best course of action for them ・ Every woman is different but pelvic floor training can improve the symptoms for many … and you can always squeeze them in (pardon the pun)!!! If you need a pelvic floor guru, pop over to see @gynaegeek - she really does have your back when it comes to working that floor. #WeeNeedToTalk #AlwaysDiscreet https://www.instagram.com/p/B1dJqU1BW6Y/?igshid=ph4k18wa1zh3
#ad Can you tell what I am doing by the look on my face?...I’m actually doing my pelvic floor exercise to prevent bladder leaks, which is proven to improve the situation for many. Research by Always Discreet showed two-thirds of women in the UK (67%) have experienced bladder leaks, including much more than half (64%) of 18-24-year-olds. And the research also found that almost half of women have still not raised the topic with trusted friends or family, as they feel embarrassed to talk about it and seek help. #AlwaysDiscreet and @gynaegeek are on a mission to break the silence on bladder leaks and show women experiencing them that others just like them, are going through the same. And women experiencing bladder leaks should seek advice from a health care professional such as a GP, to identify the best course of action for them. Every woman is different but the pelvic floor training can improve the symptoms in many cases. So ladies, check out @gynaegeek and see more about your pelvic floor and let’s get squeezing together! ✊🏾 #WeeNeedToTalk (at Greenwich) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1b1zqnn0vO/?igshid=1uamu7sdsfqga
To Talk
Why is it that when you need to talk to someone it feels like nobody is there. Hate not being able to talk to someone.
P.S I feel like I want to have blog where everyone can talk about anything and I mean anything.
