my vibe for tonight is.......... thinkin abt alex wanting to have children..... and i’m emotional. regardless of the gender of his partner, he’d tbh want to adopt if it was ok with them bc he sees it as an opportunity to give a home to a child who needs it. and he has so much patience and understanding bc of everything he went through with his dad, rather than going thru the motions of being afraid of BECOMING his dad, he’d have enough faith in himself that he’d genuinely think he would be good enough to stick it out 🥺

just .......... alex getting a chance to have the family that his father robbed him of. the perfect little unit of him + his spouse + his children + his pets... alcohol and drug free. no abuse, no screaming, no beatings, no stolen childhoods, no having to ship a child off to their grandparents bc one parent didn’t love them and the other died before she ever got a chance to really love them
