In better news, I'm fat and I started taking ozempic for my blood sugar and didn't lose any weight at all, by staying at the dose they use for actual diabetics 💖 I was worried I was going to lose weight and didn't want to because I don't want any more body changes, and I didn't! And I'm sure that person would be spitting tacks about how I'm apparently using the "healthiness injection" wrong even though it's given me all the health effects without changing my weight 💖

!!! anon, I love you so much and am so glad to hear you've got medication that's doing exactly what you need and not giving you unnecessary side effects. I'm so sorry to you and everyone who legit needs this medication which has been so wrapped up in a culture war. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be. Diabetics you are my allies in this and every other fight forever and ever.

When I was in High School, I ate decently healthy, swam 5 hours a day, and was healthy and fit and leaned out and had a really low body fat % and weighed like 175 because I had muscle on me. After High School, I stopped swimming and picked up biking and gained some fat but kept my muscle mass pretty consistent and I went up to 190 while still being in good shape and healthy. I gained more weight while I was dating Lily b/c we didn't really do anything and so i gained hella weight and then I've been working to lose it from the later months past the breakup to now. Throughout this whole thing I've been above the "high" number on that chart. And I went from super fucking healthy to not very healthy at all and back to decently healthy. I've actually lost fat without losing weight b/c I've been packing on muscle. Like that whole weight shit is bullshit without any talk about body build and healthy lifestyles and weight distribution, effects on what kind of fat you have on your body, your muscle/fat ratio, and your body fat %.
