F R O N T R A C K D R I L L S _______________________________________________________________ Here are some drills I like to work on before I get into a front rack position. Yes sometimes when I lift I lack full grip mobility so I spend time during the lift readjusting and wasting energy. First Drill Banded Step Outs With your hands against the wall maintain neutral spine. Drive one hand at a time out to the side, then back then out to the top then back then out to the bottom. Repeat this about 5 times each. Second Drill Banded Lat Stretch Most common issues with front rack position could be down to the last being tight and not allowing the arms to move freely. Grab the band, turn your body so the band is behind you and pulling you back. Step forward and feel the stretch. Third Drill Get lifting straps, wrap them around the bar and stand the bar up. Just hold in that position for 10-20s at a time. Give these drills a go and let me know how you get on? _______________________________________________________________ #frontrack #frontrackmobility #weightliftingmobility #musclerelease #goodpain #bandedmobility #liftingmobility (at Wimbledon, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/BoOHGaylpbd/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1xb1hvi6tpapw
