Review ~ Noom Coach Healthy Weight Program
My review of the Noom Coach Healthy Weight Program
A few weeks ago I was asked if I wanted to test out Noom Coach, the updated version of the Noom Weight App that I tried out just over two years ago. I really enjoyed using it the first time round and was excited to try this newer, updated version.
What I liked about the original app was the fact it kept me accountable for what I ate. I found I was less likely to eat something unhealthy, like two…

This is the new app I download the other day. It's called My Diet Coach (I decided to go ahead and pay the $4 for the pro version) and it's amazing!
The first few pictures show what it looks like when you first open it. You can customize your avatar and enter your height, weight, measurements, etc
You can upload pictures for motivation
You can set reminders to drink water, check your motivational pics, etc
It has a panic button and you cab actually set it as a shortcut on your phone for eating out, food cravings, lack of motivation
If you have a food craving you can enter whatever it is you're craving and it will set a 20min timer (runs in background) for you to wait it out and it has tips at the bottom to help you get through it.
There are challenges and as you complete them you earn fashion items for your avatar which is pretty fun.
It has a food and exercise log but I still prefer to use myfitnesspal for that
I've only had it a few days but so far I'm pretty impressed with it. I like how it feels more like a game. I had fallen behind on my water intake but it's been kinda fun knocking the glasses of water down throughout the day.
I definitely recommend this app for anyone that might benefit from having some extra motivation at their finger tips.
