My simple tip for stubborn fat loss ✨
A lot of people think stubborn fat means they need to starve harder or do extreme workouts every day ☹️
but honestly, stubborn fat usually takes more patience and consistency, not punishment 😭
sometimes your body just needs more time to adjust, especially around areas like the stomach, thighs, arms, or face
what helped me the most was:
🤍 keeping a small calorie deficit instead of super low calories 🤍 eating more protein so i stayed fuller longer 🤍 walking more daily instead of only relying on intense workouts 🤍 sleeping enough because being exhausted made my cravings way worse 🤍 staying consistent even when progress felt slow
Example of simple habits that helped:
🥚 protein in the morning helps energy and fullness during the day
🚶♀️ daily movement even walks make a difference when done consistently
💧 water before meals helps prevent overeating sometimes
🏋️ workouts 3–5x a week doesn’t need to be perfect, consistency matters more
😴 enough sleep lack of sleep can seriously affect hunger and energy
And honestly, stubborn fat usually changes slower than other areas, so don’t panic if your progress feels uneven at first 🤍
The goal is making fat loss sustainable enough that your body can actually maintain it long term
