I know this is especially the case in France - where I've been lifting for a year without ANY other woman in my gym, no joke - but I've been frankly surprised when I moved here too. I would have expected to see tons of women lifting weights, but most of the ones I've seen are still drenching themselves on the treadmill or a bike. ⠀ ⠀ So PLEASE friends : forget about the stereotypes. Make your research. Women do not produce enough testosterone to build muscles like men do (and honestly this is unfair lol).
