i’ve been telling myself for weeks i need to start counting my calories again andi need to figure out wtf i am doing because i go away in 6 months and i would love love love to lose 40-50 pounds by that point (and then continue after my trip)
and i don’t know why but i couldn’t bring myself to actually calorie count to whole day, and actually stick to a good amount of calories. my fitness pal has me set at 1587 calories a day and i couldn’t even do that
and then today something just clicked, it was really weird. i wasn’t even really hungry today and i drank lots of water and i ended up eating 1381, so i still have 206 calories... and i don’t even really want to eat anything
i feel really proud of myself for having restraint and actually eating under the amount i was supposed to!!!!
i can’t believe that around 2 years ago i used to eat 500-700 calories a day and i felt fine....
