I remember watching a show one time where a mother literally had to put locks on her cabinets and fridge to prevent her teenager from eating everything out of boredom. Is that what I’ve become? I will say, if I don’t by it I won’t be able to eat it has worked exceptionally well in the past. I dunno. Instead I’ve decided to try and pinpoint my craving, and reimagine it into a “healthy” version. I think I’m going to start trying that type of thing soon.
Anyway, we are just kinda making this up as we go, so I’ve decided to limit cheat days as much as possible. For example, this week it is only gonna be Sunday, and we aren’t gonna go overboard (I hope).
Well here’s today (and I’ve decided to not count calories so boom)
B
Green smoothie (same as the past two days)
Coffee w/cream
L
Leftovers (spicy peanut noodles (half zucchini noodles/half reg)
D
Shrimp coleslaw salad (fucking weird, amiright?)
Pictured: leftover noodles (no I did not eat the whole pan) and the “shrimp coleslaw salad”
The salad was a funny thing because I had marinaded some Cajun shrimp, and didn’t know what to do with it. I saw I had some coleslaw in the fridge and though, fuck it, mine as well. So I added that with lettuce and just mixed it around. It’s so weird, but oddly good. I just don’t care anymore.
Also I deserve a Reese’s after today. Bye.
