I heard the missing mystery soda machine of Cap Hill has a cousin in Shoreline, spotted here in April 2022. It's apparently scarpered off since then, or perhaps the burglar in the pic has something to do with it
Seattle has always had its share of eccentric personalities, including The Umbrella Man from the early 1900's. The Umbrella Man was a Civil War vet who could always be seen around town with his trademark umbrella hat and long white beard. He was so iconic that that he actually inspired his own cartoon strip in The Seattle Times.
