Im wheezing hardcore right now and having trouble breathing. I hate how quickly that came on and im uncomfortable and im trying to have fun with Jess!! My best friend! Who is sitting across the room!! I should be having a blast. And i am but i am still uncomfortable.

Today was a really nice day. I slept well and felt really good for once when my alarm went off. I still wasnt thrilled to get up but it wasnt so hard. I got dressed and wore a differnt sweater but decided I didnt love it and got rid of it. Trying to just wear things that spark joy you know?

I biked to the professional development and was still like 20 minutes early even thought i almost crashed when a girl wandered into the bike lane. She apologized. We move on.

The pd was great. It was about active listening and how praise and encouragement are different. It was jist really fun and i had a great time. We did a get to know you game where you say something about you that you dont think anyone else has. The first girl said betcha none of you were named after a fictional character. And im like!!! Me!! I was!! And it was hilarious. Everyone was sweet and it was fun. Though a lot of them said they wetent interesting and that made me sad that they thought so low about themselves? I dont know but it made me sad.

The pd was really interesting and I had a good time. Liz was there and it was nice to have her. And there was a lot of familiar people from past pds and that was really nice.

We got done before 1 and I biked home. It was cold out but still nice. I made lunch. First i made pizza but it burnt it somehow. So i had a hotdog instead and that was really good.

James came over. He helped me clean and took out all the trash and was very helpful. Hes the best. We sat on the couch for a while and then walked to McDonald's for fries. I had a coupon ane got a free drink. We chilled and got our schedules and then walked to the theater to get his W2. Said hi to friend. Talked to one of his cowokers. And then we walked home.

He left soon after we got back to my place. And I laid down. I never actually slept. I sort of dozed. And then at 515 Jess texted me that she was in baltimore! So i got,dressed and tried to wake up. And then she was here. Yay!

We sat and talked for a while. Then we went to mt Vernon for dinner. We wandered around and i got Greek and she got Italian and we got seats and it was really nice. Despite a loud drunk lady.

We got milkshakes and headed home. We talked and started cleaning out my kitchen. We went through all the cabinets and drawers. Got rid of and cleaned and pared down. It was fun and made me feel good and im glad she was there to help me.

My allergies kicked up when we started getting ready for bed. But im cozy in bed now and im going to close my eyes and hope for the best.

Tomorrow we're going to hampden for brunch and window shopping. And then to the pottery place for early birthday celebration. Im excited for pur day.
