I'm gonna change a few things but this is basically him!! This is Weizel, he's a deadlight like Penny but he prefers feeding on older humans (16+) because they're usually the demographic for haunted houses/horror nights at theme parks/etc.. And those are the places he hangs around. He does that because of the crowds and the peoples willingness to interact with him, they think he's an actor. He's also a slut for that Gorey, punk Halloween aesthetic. He can contort his body just like Penny, maybe even more so... He also picked up the skill of knife throwing and fire breathing during his time on earth, they're his favorite hobbies now. To get his food, he seeks out a tasty looking human, gain their trust (sometimes even love? He's very smooth) and while talking to them he'll sneak out his deadlights and put em in a trance. He gets the person to follow him into the backlot of wherever he's roaming and bashes them with his hammer, obviously he then eats the body. He's a bit of an asshole but he can also be a caring sweetheart. Mostly an asshole though. He yells a lot and by the way he talks and acts you wouldn't expect him to be very smart but he is. He can't help it that he came to earth when being a scene kid was popular, he loved and grew attached to the culture. Now it's just who he is!!
