YES and later that night when you get home with him and this is after he’s had a few drinks, he’s on the couch and you comb your fingers through his hair and say “that was really good pretending” and he tilts his head back with his eyes closed and he’s loosening his collar and whimpers all weakly “it wasn’t pretend, for god sakes” 😪
