okay i must have missed it but this keeps popping up on my dash so i've gotta ask - what's the story behind wekru and kidneys? 😂

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away…nah just kidding this materialized about a month or two ago.

Basically, our queen @and-now-youre-home started the idea of Wekru as a counter to Wonkru in which you love everyone and always give them a choice in their doings.

The kidney aspect came along a couple weeks later when I received one of those “list five things you love about yourself” from @diyozaa. I was trying to tell her “thank you for your kindness” but autocorrect had originally changed it to “kidneys”. I proceeded to beg her not to give me her kidneys, advice which, of course, she did not take. A whole conversation about sacrificing our kidneys to one another broke out in the replies.

HELLO SWEET KIDNEY BEANS. 

Last Tuesday was my 25th birthday (I’m so old omg)! My sister, @madgrad2011, makes me a themed cake every year and this year....she made me a kidney cake! I have never laughed so hard in my life. Trying to explain why to people was a whole other can of kidneys.
