“Yeah, just dreamy,” she scoffs with a chuckle, shutting the door behind her and making her way over to “her messy bed, falling forward onto the twin mattress with an, “oof”.

It was somewhat late, Yerim was just about to close shop for the night when her friend had arrived, inviting the older girl in and allowing her to wait up in her apartment while she locked up and cash balanced the register.

Had she not been as tired as she was, Yerim would have pushed through the surprise of seeing the other with a rubber dick in her pants—she was pretty sure Juju had done weirder things in the past—and fallen to the floor with laughter, struggling to catch her breath as she wheezed and rolled around.

The weather didn’t help either, the electric Scandinavian style heater seeming to do little to heat the place up and encouraging the teen to stay in bed.

“You better put that thing back on the display shelf where you got it before you leave, pervert.” The young brunette teased, gesturing at the sex toy lazily with her foot. “What are you even doing this side of town anyway?”

juju does present a very good point-- what exactly does hyesoo have to lose by now? people have gone from disliking her without reason to an utter hatred that people bend over left and right to try and justify. while she does want to stay hopeful that her name will be cleared, and she one day will be able to emerge in public without a flood of hate and threats following behind, the negative side of her is convinced that she’s hit rock bottom, killed her career by coming forward, and there’s no point in trying to rebuild everything that she’s spent nine years working so hard on. perhaps that’s why she finds herself in the presence of the younger rapper, despite the ‘WARNING’ signs that flash around her-- she’s never given much thought to the reputations of others (her own has never been pristine, even since her debut), but she knows chaos when she sees it, and tries to avoid adding unnecessary amounts of it to her already chaotic life.

“i don’t really care. they’re already making up things as they please. i’ll probably be lynched by the end of the year.” despite her attempts at keeping the emotion out of her voice, bitterness still seeps in.  “i just want you to be careful.” hyesoo crinkles her nose in response. though she has many unorthodox beliefs, she still remains firm on disagreeing with drug use. but, it’s not her life to live, or her problem.  “don’t do anything stupid just because you can. that doesn’t mean that you should.”
