Odd thought: Does Frisk's (or Chara's if they're the one resetting) hunger transfer between resets? It probably wouldn't, but an interesting thought regardless. Like a price for resetting is being really hungry all the time
Their body returns to the state it was at the save point, inside and out! Just as a save will “undo” a lethal stab wound, it will also undo an appetite! So if Frisk saved, ate dinner, then reloaded, they would be hungry again.
This applies to things like sleepiness and weariness too. The only thing carried across resets are the memories of those most determined.
