Shower me with a thousand stars. I still won't be as bright as you. They say Helen launched a thousand ships, you can launch a thousand and two. Thousand flowers, thousand whatever, nothing is sweeter its true. If there is no such thing as perfect, how do I describe you?
Honestly, still lol'ing at the candy grams we sent to our chair and dais staff. AND still lol'ing at the one Libby got. Dear JHUMUNC, thank you for giving me my best MUN experience to date (even considering Princeton's very own Anthony Pappenfus). Really, I've had the time of my life with the sassiest committee I have ever been a part of. If we're gonna compare Nike or Apple to animal cruelty, why don't they make ads with Sarah Mclachlan in the background. Despite some crazy delegates, it was quite the good time. Obviously, money, time, and risk will be factors no matter what resolution is passed....It's like making a baby. From the bathroom list to committee lunch to the passing of the "Stamp Act" and to the never-ending debate of, not the protection of human rights defenders nor limits on multinational corporations, but keeping the curtains open or closed and the use of a point of inquiry, I've enjoyed every minute. I wish I got to say this a million times more before I left, but I'm ever thankful to Stephanie, Dylan, and the very Jesus-like Ivana for taking all this time to make our committee as awesome as it was. This conference has made me reconsider fully deciding on College Park (mainly because of Dylan). I LOVE DYLAN. I hope no one finds this even though I'm using the jhumunc tag. But really, Hopkins has so many things to offer, including MUN, that are so unique from College Park. There's also something extra appealing and attractive about the multitudes of intelligent boys, who were well-represented by Dylan and Eli and Brian Gilbert (I love him). Looks like Hopkins will be receiving my financial aid documents after all. ;)
