My heart is so unbelievably full right now 😭 Just taking a second to reflect on the past year and what this community has done for me. I’ve found myself again and grown so much that I still can’t believe I’ve turned into the person I am today. I’m so grateful for the ladies on my team because we’re more than just a bunch of ladies, we’re a F A M I L Y. We come from all over and just have a passion to make a difference in this world 🌎 — Just to think if it wasn’t for this opportunity, I wouldn’t know any of them. Funny thing is I got a notification today that marks my one year anniversary with my first teammate, my mentor, and best friend. This is way more than just joining a health and wellness group. It’s about connecting, learning, bonding, striving, pushing, AND getting into the best shape of your life. We are ONE and together #WeMakeWaves2019 — If you ever thought that you deserve more out of life and have big goals ✨ trust me when I say you deserve all the happiness and you can achieve anything you set your mind too. BERLIN PROJECT

in this project we worked as a group to create a piece of work inspired by our field trip to Berlin, my personal part of this project, whilst in Berlin, was to interview a woman who runs an organisation called WE MAKE WAVES, this is an all female, trans and non-binary music event, which includes art, electronic music and workshops. WE MAKE WAVES strives to create a more inclusive music scene across the world. Whilst in Berlin i also got the opertunity to interview a Syrian protester, the rest you can see in the interview above.

on returning to Plymouth we created a wall made of plaster, the process for this was to mark, paint, and spray the wall, then knock it down and place flowers in the remains. whilst the film i and Holly Wagstaff made was projected onto it.
