What: Young people, live music, fashion and fun will take over the Ice Palace on
Friday, August 22, when West Edmonton Mall hosts its annual free summer festival. WEMFest, presented by Coca-Cola, will help youth celebrate the last days of summer vacation and get them ready for the new school year. With human foosball games, dance performances, fashion shows, video gaming and DJ scratch stations, prize giveaways and a concert and autograph session with Victoria Duffield, Ryan Beatty and Rebel Coast, WEMFest promises to be a high-energy, entertaining event. Coca-Cola will also have its popular Share a Coke kiosk on-site, so festival-goers can personalize a can of Coke.
Visuals: Performers Victoria Duffield, Ryan Beatty and Rebel Coast entertaining the crowd and signing autographs. Youth participating in human foosball games (an inflatable human foosball court will be set up on-site) Dancers participating in dance battles Youth learning how to scratch like a DJ.
