were!ross, 5 years later!

four years ago, i drew a were!ross comic where he turns back into a human after playing fetch with smiffy. i redrew it today.

I dont normally post my cosplay as for i dont do them a lot but im really liking this one and how it turned out

It’s really hot today and I can’t help but think how were!Ross would cope in this weather. He would get really hot and keep it low key because he doesn’t want to annoy the other two but they notice and start joking about those buzzfeed dog hacks such as a paddling pool or ice licks.  

And Ross would be like, haha yeah so funny guys. But a minute later, after fighting off his pride, he would be like ok maybe some ice? Cut to him holding ice cubes to his overheating ears, grateful but real exhausted.

And there’d be so many dog jokes, like making sure to leave Ross in a car with the window open.

Smith sits on the the edge of the bed, phone in hand, beaming. Trott floats into the room to the sound of stifled laughter. On the bed is Ross' sleeping form, sprawled out everywhere on top of the covers and face smudged into the pillows. They both know he’s had a long day and it always starts off with a morning run before he does any kind of work. It would be wrong to wake him but—

Smith whispers, "Watch this," and presses play on a dog barking compilation. 

Nothing happens for a little while and Trott threatens to leave but then they both notice how Ross suddenly frowns like he's deep in concentration, from wherever he is in his sleep. His ears twitch as well, or at least try to as they are crushed against the sheets, and his tail thuds sporadically. Finally, Ross stretches outwards, limbs trembling and gives a soft snort but he remains irrevocably tied to sleep. 

From where he’s draped around Smith’s shoulder, Trott remarks on how cute he is before they try to work out how they will fit around their adorable mess of a friend when they eventually go to bed.
