If you could.... could you maybe write a thing about hardenshipping with werewolf!Archie?
Here it is! Hope you enjoy!
************************
It was a secret. Hehad to keep it closely hidden.
He was justgrateful he wasn’t the only one to have…something like this.
It seemed thatanyone who, um, suffered this had this “ability” to sense ifanother person did as well. Maybe not the same as his, but somethingsimilar.
Only thing was…
That Maxie didn’tsuffer it.
He was able to tellright away. The little redheaded scientist gave no vibes that he hadanything of the sort.
Still didn’t stophim from approaching the redhead. He heard that it was possible forthose who had it and those who didn’t to work it out.
He just…needed towait and find the right time to tell him.
–
It irked Archie, but then again it made him a bit comfortable too. Knowing that theredhead wouldn’t have to deal with, well, thosethings.
Butit sucked that he couldn’t talk about it. He had his reasons why hedidn’t tell him! Really he did!
Wouldbe hard to tell somebody something like that when you’re fighting oneanother!
…andright now. Right now everything is quiet again. He couldn’t drop itquite yet.
Hewaited and planned. And then he figured he had the best opportunityto tell his little redhead that well guarded secret.
ThenMaxie decided to dragged him to Kalos instead.
“Youhave to meet him Archie!”
“I’m sure youtwo can get along!”
Meetingthat old friend of Maxie filled him with dread and a bit of anger. Hehated how energetic Maxie talked about him. How close they were.
Thenhe met him…
Bothstaring at one another for a few moments.
Wellfuck, maybe they can get along.
Lysandrehad it too.
–
Archiehated lying to Maxie. He really did. But he couldn’t tell Maxie thetruth. The little nerd wouldn’t be able to understand. There was noway he could. He lost his nerve to tell him after that trip toKalos.
Therewas just no way he’d get it.
Hesighed and looked out the window. The moon was full, and was almostat the highest point in the sky. Shit! He need to go now!
–
Maxieheard the door slam. Perfect timing. Time to see what Archie washiding.
“It’snothing important Max.”
“Trust me it’sno big deal, just things I gotta do.”
“Ya know Ilove ya, but there are…well there’s stuff I can’t tell ya yet.”
Howdare he! No more secrets Archibald Aogiri! He was going to tell himeverything or so help him…
–
Maxieshivered as he pulled his jacket closer around him. It was gettingcolder as the night stretched on. He berated himself for hisstubbornness. All around their current hideout-turned-home, was thickwoods. A well worn path allowed them a somewhat easy, yet long andwinding, way in and out of the small nearby town. After searchingthrough the thick woods for the first hour, eventually trailing fromthe path; he thought that he should have turned back, but no. Herefused to. He was determined to find Archie and have thatheart-to-heart right then and now.
Wheredid that idiotic pirate go to!?
Thesudden sound of something snapping had him jump. His heart started topick up its tempo. Mind drawing a blank as to what Pokemon inhabitedaround here. And of course, in his haste, he left all his Pokeballsbehind.
Nomatter, he would be fine. As long as he didn’t provoke any, then heshould be fine.
Hesaw a flash of black run pass.
Hisheart was now racing. Eyes darting about, trying to see if it couldcatch anymore movement. Even though his eyes had ample time to adjustthe the dark, it still was enough.
Then,a growl.
Maxiefroze. Turning his head, ever so carefully, he saw what now stood infront of him.
Itwas no Pokemon.
Buta large…black…wolf.
–
Oncehe was able to think again, the redhead ran.
Thebeast following right after.
Fear.
Panic.
Concern.
Dread.
Allraced through him. Where was Archie!? Di-did he–did that creatureget him? How could they not have known something like THIS waslurking near!?
Heyelped as he tripped on an upturned root.
Hescrambled to his feet, but with his mind in a panic he found himselflosing balanced again.
Thethunderous sound of heavy paws rushing towards him.
Turningover, eyes widening as he saw it pounce.
Helet out a yell.
“ARCHIE!!”
–
Eyesclenched tightly shut.
Breathingheavily.
W-washe….was he…dead?
Slowlyhe opened his eyes.
Layingflat out on his back. His mind slowly caught up with him.
Hefelt something warm on him. Like a heavy blanket covering him.
Shiftingsome and pushed himself up. Whatever it was, it was very heavy.
Hefroze again.
Lookinginto the eyes of the wolf, that laid over him. Watching him. The furwas a matte black, There was a distinct X-shaped patch atop its headthat had a slightly light color, laying rgith above teh creature’seyes.
Itsblue eyes…
Deepblue…
Likewater…
Likethe ocean.
Like…
“A-Archie?”Maxie felt his heart stop as he saw the tail wag happily. “W-well…Is-suppose t-this explains t-those…um…disappearances you pul–agh! No! Stop!”
Theredhead tried to force the snout away from his face as he wassuddenly assaulted by a cold nose and a wet tongue, covering him inkisses.
Alright…maybethat heart-to-heart could wait.
