So we finally got to meet up with Deshawn, Weslan's boy best friend/love interest, for the first time in MONTHS. This is the bitch that Fallon was sure Weslan was going to ride off into the sunset with, and they had come to terms with it, until they found out he was a Celestial. And Fallon, for the first time thought they might keep their brother

Weslan talked to Fallon about how could the world be so cruel and why did Deshawn have to come back NOW? Right when he JUST learned what he really is. And Fallon got so angry for him. Their brother didn't deserve this amount of pain, and they wanted so badly to do something, anything to help him

So they went after Deshawn. In one of the few moments they have ever stood up to someone, they tried to protect their brother. They told Deshawn to stay away from Weslan after this was all over. He hurt him and they wanted to keep that from ever happening again. Deshawn told them that they couldn't stop him, and Fallon said they were just trying to to keep their brother from being hurt

And then Deshawn said "You can postulate all you want, but in the end, who do you really think he'll pick?"

And Fallon had to turn around and walk away at that moment. Because he was right. That is exactly what they've been afraid of this whole time. Ever since they met Deshawn, they knew how much Weslan cares about him, and vice versa. They are so worried they will lose the one person they know will give a damn about them if they disappeared. Their only family left may just leave them again, like he did after he turned 18. But maybe Fallon won't be able to find him this time

Fallon went off to cry when Amelia found them. They opened up a little bit to her and she told Fallon they needed to grow a spine and let their brother deal with his own problems.

But this is how Fallon is coping with everything they learned. They want to help the party and keep them together and focus on their problems instead of their own! But... Was that bad?

She said they made the wrong choice standing up for Weslan? How is that possible?? The amount of times they wanted to stand up for him to Lyla but didn't haunts Fallon. They wanted to do this *one* thing for Weslan's honor, but they should've just kept their nose out of their brother's business

Finally, the coward DID grow a spine and did something brave. They slapped, essentially a god, someone they've seen literally melt people's faces off, but that was spineless? How was that not brave and noble?

And then Deshawn saves Weslan from an exploding ship, flying and wreathed in glory and literally carrying Weslan to safety. They saw Weslan's face. He wasn't upset anymore, he was awestruck.

And Fallon knew Deshawn was right.
