Haven Cafe in West 35 is such a chic restaurant. The accents look both luxurious and dated. With high ceilings and a viewing deck which offers a nice view of the Balamban mountains. It is a good choice for those couples who want to have an intimate lunch or afternoon snack away from the city's noise.
