Looking for a fic where Steve has some kind of issues controlling his emotions so shield implant some kind of port to automatically inject drugs into his system whenever he feels overloaded. I remember he was separated from Bucky cause he triggered this emotional overload, and was off working with the Agents of Shield and Coulson. Bucky and Steve get reunited for a mission, which ends with Steve ripping out the port in order to “be” with Bucky.
