Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 6 slices cheddar cheese. 6 slices cooked bacon, halved. Pickles and additional barbecue sauce for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, barbecue sauce, diced onion, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into 12 small patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and top each bottom half with a patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a piece of bacon. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and top each slider with pickles and additional barbecue sauce if desired. Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve warm.
