Vastra turned on the balls of her feet, still extremely alert and overly-cautious as she had only just gotten home from being out on the job. Having hunted down a group of scavenger creatures -- who had abducted several people mere nights before -- she practically had her sword out of its leather scabbard before realizing the group before her were a group of guests -- even clients, perhaps -- who had likely been waiting for her return. She tucked away her blade, eyes still wild and attentive.

At least if anyone in the group decided to make a move against her, she was armed. She paced in front of them, openly eying up each of them individually, somewhat surprised by their numbers. "Pleasure to make your acqaintance... And pleasure to see you again." she pointed to the familiar faces. "Now," she began, stepping backwards, "Will any of you be needing my help? Or have you all accumulated for sheer enjoyment? Do humor me."
