The prompts for Wyler Kinktober 2026 are ready! We're again posting them early to give you all time to plan out your contribution(s) to this event.
10 of last year's prompts are making a return, while the remaining 110 prompts are either brand new or have been featured in previous years. You can find the full prompt list in text format behind the "Keep reading" link below, so you can copy/paste them into a document or spreadsheet for easier sorting and plotting. We have a Prompts Masterlist from which the annual prompts are picked, which includes definitions, alternate names, subtypes, etc., so this should be your first stop for any prompts which are unfamiliar to you. Please read the FAQ and Rules before you create and post your fanwork(s), and remember to have fun with this event!
The AO3 Collection for Wyler Kinktober 2026 will go live at the beginning of September 2025 - earlier doesn't make sense since AO3 deletes unpublished drafts 30 days after they were created. Keep an eye on this blog for updates!

“Maybe I’m not real,” Tyler stepped out of the shadow from the corner. He leaned against the wall and crossed his arms, his eyes glinting in the dim light. “But you’re looking at me right now. So, either I’m real or you’ve finally lost it. Wouldn’t be shocking, considering you were muttering your thoughts out loud just a minute ago.”
There was no possible way Wednesday was truly awake. This had to be a nightmare— and not the good kind. Tyler Galpin had tried to kill her. So why would he bother visiting her now? She decided to go along with the dream. Not like she had anywhere else to be.
“What do you want, Tyler?” Her eyes narrowed.
He gave her a half-hearted shrug in response. “No reason, I guess. Maybe deep down, you missed me. Or maybe you needed a subpar barista with generic looks to haunt your dreams.”
