I swear ever other Warframe update causes people to loose all functional brain cells.

No Velimir and Minerva being in cis marriage does not make them straight. No Liger not having input on Velimir as a character isn’t an insult or proof of bigotry.

Kaya is not “anime bait”. Kaya being alt history Filipino isn’t like, racially motivated.

Minerva having an alcohol problem is not a wine aunt meme, or an insulting commentary on alcoholism in Europe.

The update isn’t out yet, and additionally: this toxic desire to consume media purely based on data, instead of thinking about implications (I:e maybe Velimir and Minerva are having a troubled marriage because of their sexualities? We don’t fully know yet!) and emotions is toxic. Stories and characters aren’t bullet points, they aren’t checks and balances. They are experiences. Let yourself live through them instead of getting mad when you Surface level deduction isn’t correct.

This goes especially for unreleased content.

Something I noticed after playing through Techrot Encore for a while. A.B.A and Paracelsus (Guilty Gear) + Flare Varleon and Lizzie (Warframe). What do you even call this kind of character relationship? "Object of Obsession/Object of Desire"? Or, in Lizzie's case, the object is the one with the desire. idk.

The text reads:

Top panel: If I had a nickel for every pair of characters made of a person and a sentient talking object, with one of them being a bit meek and wanting to get rid of the other while the other is obsessive over the former, with the possibility of (helping) them to work through their relationship troubles in a healthier way, I'd have two nickels.

Bottom panel: Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?
