I think Branch would be quite enthralled by Poppy's adventurous spirit the more time he spends with her. There's not many trolls in the village who like to leap into danger head first like him.

Or it could just be the suspension bridge effect from all the tree swinging and climbing with Branch being carried like luggage the whole time. Who knows 🤷🏾‍♀️ Not like Poppy has picked up on it, she just wants cheesy crackers rn tbh.

I wanted to redesign cuddlepups and their cubs bc they look terrible and im truly unable to draw something that unbelievably chopped

They dont really look like trolls creatures but thats ok bc i cant draw in the trolls style anyways 😔💔

And then a wip of wf!Branch's ref. I guess I can also give you to doodle attempt of wf!poppy bc i thought she should be a little more muscular and taller than other trolls bc of her environment. I like to think that trolls change and adjust/evolve to changes in location. I'm not satisfied with any of it, but it would never have been posted unless someone asked like you did lol

Yes sign language, gesturing, pictures and drawing are how they communicate for quite some time, as he goes out to the forest every day to talk to her :] She picks up on simple key words and phrases that he's able to get her to understand
