Sysadmin Doggo: working from home be like ...
My favorite mug that my dad handpainted for me when he visited and the view from my back window 🤗🤗 we’re making the most of things
#WFHchallenge day one
Got up, showered, dressed, made coffee. Moved my desk into my roommates room (he’s moved out but still on the lease 😬) and have started working.... ish. Opened all the back windows in my house because it’s absolutely lovely out. Might do some laundry in a bit, but I’m very cautious to go into the laundry room lol
#WFHchallenge
Okay so here is the challenge that I designed for myself.
Everyday:
get dressed/ready for the day (at least change out of clothes that were slept in)
make & drink coffee and breakfast
sit at desk and complete AT LEAST one task before breaking for lunch (finishing a reading, writing a page, constructing an outline, etc)
eat lunch/snack
complete at least one more task at my desk and work until dinner
eat dinner
paint and/or read before bed
tidy any mess i made during the day (clean dishes/put in dishwasher, put away paints/supplies, etc)
around 9-10pm get in bed, watch some tv before bed
Weekly:
do laundry
grocery “shop” (depending on how things go, either physically go to the store or pick up the groceries -- this is also dependent on how much i eat; i most likely will not have to do this EVERY week)
vacuum the apartment
clean the bathroom
As part of this challenge, I’ll be posting my to do list every day and posting pictures of the work set up for the day... Feel free to join!
How to keep your nutrition in check when your home is your office?😊
Read it - https://www.livingwithabhi.com/post/how-to-keep-your-nutrition-in-check-when-your-home-is-your-office
Are you working from home and wondering what your next meal will be, and further, how to make sure it’s
healthy?
You’re on a conference call and somehow wandered into the kitchen. Next thing you know you’re eating crackers and dry cereal out of the box. Or maybe you got so caught up in a project that you suddenly realize you haven’t eaten a thing all day. Or perhaps the “I’ll just have a handful of chips as I work” mentality turned into accidentally eating the entire bag.
Keeping your nutrition in check can be tough when your home is your office. You feel comfortable and there’s plenty of food available. And unlike in the office, you’re free to graze all day and the fridge is all yours. But this habit can wreak havoc on your waistline, sabotage weight loss, and halt your productivity.
Do you feel like working from home makes you default to unhealthy eating habits?
Or, are you looking for fresh tips for how to keep your eating healthy, to spice things up?
We had formed lots of good habits for healthy eating while we were traveling, and those stuck with us even after we returned home. Among these was a conscious effort to stay hydrated, shopping with an emphasis on local produce (fruits and vegetables), and cooking whenever possible.
Here’s what’s up: forgetting to choose healthy habits has become one of the most common mistakes when transitioning to working from home for the first time.
As we’re working from home as a couple, our household is a balance of time in the home office and time in the kitchen.
When we’re not in the kitchen, we’re aiming to conquer all the ways we can eat healthy while working from home and eliminate any doubts about wellness in our diets.
Could that be why health for work-from-home professionals is a trend for working from home in 2021?

When I get mad at work I want my man to clock me out and then just lift me up out this chair and eat me out and calm me down and like clock me back in 😂😂😂
Due to the global outbreak of coronavirus, most of the world is under lockdown and people are being asked to stay home as much as possible. The companies have adapted a new trend and encouraging their employees to work from home for an indefinite amount of time. Working from home has essentially become the new […]
Tips To Improve Productivity While Working From Home
Adapting to the new normal makes me chuckle every time i see my new home workstation. It has been compressed to this one table with my two feet under it as compared to my big open studio space in Delhi that could host a party of 300 people.
I miss going to office but I enjoy working from home :D
