What's the most you've eaten in one sitting? Also, do you have any tips to increasing my appetite or capacity? Fellow feedee asking :)
the most i’ve ever been able to push myself capacity wise is by doing bloats. the most i’ve ever done in one sitting was 120oz of WG shake, which is like 3.5 ltrs of extremely thick shake- ive never even drank that much soda in one sitting! i’ve been asked this a few times, a different ask has a photo attached already
that being said i do enjoy pushing myself for fun but ive found that controlling my temptation to do that and eating more smaller (but still large) meals and snacks throughout the day equals more calorie intake for me personally, so that’s what i’ve been trying to do rn. but as far as capacity building, drink a ton of soda with everything, practice chugging big bottles. also, just practice pushing yourself to eat more when you can. fight through those mental blocks and physical signals telling you you’re already full enough, and keep eating until you get to “okay i can’t move/im about to pop” territory. once you start doing that regularly, overeating becomes less of an option and more of a requirement based off of your own self conditioning.
I've had a few asks/messages from people recently about maximising their gains when they don't have a lot of cash to spend.
As someone who grew up feeding themselves and their family on a super tight budget, I have a lot of tips on this! So I thought I'd collect them here. I also definitely encourage people to add their own tips in the tags/comments.
As a note - I'm in the UK, so I've focused on foods that are widely available here. I'm also vegetarian, so sorry but I have no tips for meat. I've given rough calories per £ for some foods based on typical supermarket pricing, but they'll be cheaper at Lidl/Aldi/iceland.
I've broken things down by general tips for getting the most caloric value for your spend and specific foods to look out for. If these tips are helpful, please give them a reblog and share the knowledge - together we can make the world a little softer.
Tips for grocery shopping
The more prep you can do yourself, the less you'll spend. Everyone's energy, time and ability vary, but (with a few exceptions) buying ingredients and preparing them yourself will let you get more value.
Yellow stickers are life. For food you don't have to prepare yourself, visit the biggest nearby supermarket in the hour before they close. Check the bakery, dairy and ready meals sections, tons of soon-to-expire food will be marked down to nearly nothing. I've got a whole cake or a dozen doughnuts for less than 30p. If things are stalker than you'd like, they can make awesome cake shakes or be warmed in the microwave to go soft.
Simple carbs are cheap and high calorie. Try and include a mix of protein, carbs and fibrous fruits and veggies on your plate for good digestive health and energy, but things like white rice, pasta, potatoes and bread are going to help you gain the most weight for the lowest spend.
Try supermarket own brands. If there are certain foods or snacks you gravitate towards, try the own brand version. They're often made in the same factory as the brand, and sometimes they're the exact same thing.
Foods to look out for
All butter shortbread (1000 cal/£)
Delicious, no prep required and you can enjoy the indulgence of eating something that's all butter.
Plain greek yoghurt (500 cal/£)
Add it to soups, stews, curries and chillies to make them deliciously creamy and add bulk. Or, mix it with honey, peanut butter or jam for an easy sweet treat.
Frozen roast potatoes (850 cal/£)
They'll be cheaper if you make them from scratch, but if you're short on time frozen roasties make a cheap and delicious side to any dinner, especially with extra gravy.
Tortilla wraps (1500 cal/£)
Look for the basics/own brand version. Fill with your favourite sandwich fillings, wrap up proteins with plenty of sauce, smother them in peanut butter and fill them with sliced bananas.
Jam (1000 cal+/£)
These figures aren't even for the very cheapest stuff, but jam is great for sweet tooths. Put it on your tortillas, top your pancakes, add it to shakes for strawberry sweetness, enjoy it on toast or in porridge.
I will probably add more to this/do a part two soon. In the meantime, what are your favourite affordable and still tasty high calorie meals and snacks?
Everyone knows that I love fat men. It's the one thing I've always been outspoken about... literally since I was too young for me to say. But, my constant vocalness about it was for my own benefit.
I had to make sure all my friends and acquaintances knew what I was into. It was hard to find fat men who would believe that I was into them for their weight. Usually... well, almost always... they didn't believe me when I gave them positive attention and flirted. It was almost pointless for me to try. So, having everyone around me knowing what I was into... was an insurance policy. They could verify that I was legitimately attracted to fat men. They could back me up and say with all honesty that I really was into someone's size. That it was not a joke or a lie.
But my vocalness towards my attraction also came with problems.
There were men who I was NOT into... and they would gain weight to get my attention. I NEVER asked them to. I NEVER encouraged or even hinted that I would be into them if they got fat. And early years... I'd feel responsible: "Oh, this guy gained 80lbs to get my attention... I'm not into him... but I guess I'll give him a try."
It obviously never worked. They weren't into being big. They just made a stupid decision to get my attention. Then I'd try to ignore their personality that I didn't like... because, well, they got big for me. (And I have to stress the fact that I NEVER hinted at or asked them to. And half the time that this occurred with someone... I was already taken. These men would get fat for a woman who was vocally not into them and was literally with another man at the time.)
So, yeah, I've had some toxic dating experiences.
But it taught me something. That... I needed to be with a man who enjoyed his size, whether I was with him or not. The first man I met with the fat kink... we ended up getting married. And his weight has fluctuated a lot. I loved him at his fattest, and I've loved him at his thinnest. What matters to me is that he finds the same pleasure as I do towards his size. There will be YEARS where we can't indulge in the kink... but, at least we both still know that it's there.
And fantasy can work just as well as reality. He might need to diet. But we can do one night a week of feeding and gluttonous enjoyment, diving deep into the kink... knowing that the next day, we will return to reality, and encourage healthy habits.
I know that I encourage wannabe feedees through my writing. And I definitely call out those "feedees" who don't gain until they get attention from a woman. And it seems antithetical to my life experience.
If you are a man who wants to get fat... don't do it for a woman/partner. Do it for yourself.
And if you're a man who doesn't want to get fat; but figures you'd get female attention if you did... for the love of God, don't do it. The stress and pressure I went through as a young FFA, feeling that I had a responsibility towards these guys who would gain weight for my attention... it never worked out. They weren't into the kink: they were into me. And they knew that, if I was only attracted to fat men; if they got fat, they'd get my attention.
I think back all those years ago, and realize how crazy and toxic these guys were... I mean, willing to gain 80+lbs... just to manipulate me into dating them. It's crazy to think back on.
So, be true to yourself. You're a gainer/feedee? Enjoy yourself. Get big, eat to your heart's content. You'll find a feeder who wants it just as much as you do.
You're NOT a gainer/feedee, but you met a woman who is into that? If she's single and you want to explore it... okay, give it a try. But if she's taken, and she has no interest in you... don't.
Tbh as a new feedee how do you even go about getting attention encouragement etc. let alone direct support via food for your gains? I ask this as a broke feedee, I’ve lost weight from my circumstances and it’s not a good feeling 🥲 not to mention my anxiety makes it really hard to even reach out and be a part of the community. I don’t wanna be this way lol
Honestly, I'm not really sure how it happened haha. During the first few months of my gain, I was pretty lucky in that it was close to my bday, and i had a bit more money than i usually would, so i ended up basically using all of it on food.
As for monetary support, I like the kofi page, bc something about it feels like people going, "Ok i have a bit to spare, go buy something fattening for me." I can't really predict when it'll happen haha, but I feel lucky when it does.
If you do want to try and get attention, I find something that has boosted my engagement the most is like, week long stuffing challenges and stuff like that. It involves saving up quite a bit, but that kind of real-time, over the top content is VERY hot, as are the before and afters.
As for how to gain as a low-income feedee, this part is truly the worst lmao. For me it came down to researching the highest calorie ingredients i could get cheap, and then using at least 2 in every meal, and making every meal twice as big as usual. Also drank cream for a bit, between 300ml to 600ml every day. Wasn't easy, and cost about $5 a day for the heavy cream, but it definitely stopped me from losing fat haha. But yeah. Budgetting for highly caloric foods, using more butter and oil, and replacing stuff with fattier versions.
In the end the best thing so far, aside from those big long binges, has been finding one or two dishes i love making that are super high calories and that I love to eat. For me, this is baked rice pudding. The one I make has about 2k calories in it, and is rlly nice to stuff myself with at the end of the day :3
Hey hey, I actually just released a video all about this!
Tips for a beginner without much experience, a rundown on the things I wish I knew at the beginning of my gain journey.
You can find it on my OF - ManyVids & my C4S
preview below:
You're gains are honestly goals but bro how do you do it????
I ate 4 crepes, 4 pieces of bacon, two eggs a piece of french toast and a milkshake and I have pancakes but I just can't eat em rn
I'm a newer feedee so maybe I'm just doing it wrong??
that sounds like a good amount to me! it’s honestly just about repetition and pushing yourself while you eat and remembering why you want it :) but don’t push yourself too hard and remember that you can spread your meals out through the day <3 you have all day to eat above your maintenance calories, no need to force it all down painfully every time
liquid calories are also ur best friend imo. soda, milk, wg shakes!!
Got any stuffing challenge suggestions? -heart eyes-
Look at you, trying to win me over with those heart eyes x
If you're old enough to follow this blog, I assume you're old enough to know about drinking games for movies - but you know the same rules also make excellent stuffing games.
Pick a favourite movie, something you've seen a million times that will entertain tyou while also letting you get into that sweet, zoned-out piggy space.
Grab your food and something to drink. I'd suggest a box of doughnuts - six for beginners, 12 if you're already used to eating till it hurts. You'll need something to wash it down too - a milkshake would be perfect, or a large soda. Throw a little booze in there too if you like, to keep in the spirit.
Google a drinking game for that movie, and then make some adjustments. Take a sip becomes take a bite or a gulp. Finish your drink becomes finish your doughnut.
You might feel full quickly, but you want to follow the rules right?
Bonus points if you do this with another piglet-in-training so you can keep each other honest on the rules, it can get pretty hard paying attention to what's happening in the film when you're distracted rubbing your bloated belly.
Then once the film's done, you can reward yourself - if you've managed to finish every bite x
your page does things to me.
I'm a skinny guy but I've put on 10 pounds over the last few months, I'm up to 140 now.
I might want more? I don't know, I'm nervous
enjoy your life, enjoy your food, love your body. i love that feedism gives you permission to let the weight come and enjoy the journey. don't be nervous, you deserve to be content with your body and let it be the soft animal that it is. ✨️ 💖
