Neither Donna, nor the Tenth Doctor ever wanted to go. Donna that we had grown to know, everything she had become while traveling with the Doctor, died in the TARDIS in the Doctor's arms, crying and begging to stay. And the Tenth Doctor also died in the TARDIS, completely alone, crying and so desperately not willing to go. And now both of them got to come back and STAY, just like they had always wanted. And more importantly, they get to stay TOGETHER. And finally neither of them has to go.
