So it looks like I lost another 2.6 pounds this week. I can't really be mad at that. If I continue to lose that every week, things will roll along quite nicely. I went to the gym 3 times (goal was 4). But still, pretty solid. My eating still not fantastic on the most part. I did have one day of great healthy eating and the gym. So yay for that.
Goals for this week are to go to the gym 4 times (for reals this time) and to eat healthier - at least during the week.

Sunday - Ok eating choices all day / no fitness Grade: C -

Actual Weight Lost: 2.6 pounds
