How crazy is it to quit your job without having another one lined up??? I don’t hate my job but me and my colleagues feel as if the whole IT branch is going to get outsourced and we’re all gonna get fired. I would rather just quit now and find a new job in january then get fired next spring. Am I going crazy??????

Or should i say: Welcome to a week with 5-6 hour rehearsals every night where you'll probably spend most of your time sitting around waiting for actors to get their shit together. You are likely to see people around doing many different things i.e. Sending an email to a teacher to push a test, band kids playing parade music, cast making up harmonies for songs that don't need harmonies. All of these and more will follow you on your way through what may be the worst in your life. But don't worry, in the end you'll have a new, extended family, and probably blisters.
