As we travelled from Prince Rupert to Klemtu yesterday, we were happily surprised to encounter T059s in Grenville Channel. Two days ago, these same Bigg's orca were observed by the researchers at Whale Point hunting and killing a sea lion in Whale Channel! During our encounter these orca were leisurely making their way down Grenville, perhaps still full from their meal the day before! #biggsorca #whalepoint #bcwhales # orca #britishcolumbia post and caption @bcwhales
