I woke up feeling stressed and bad but it's worn off and I'm feeling really good again. I've got the kids drawing trees in their nature books and I'm about to get myself together for the day. Then after we finish school I think I'm going to put on hocus-pocus and eat popcorn. I'm going to make it a good day

Also, Chris and I decided no drinks tonight, and it will be our first sober Halloween in 13 years and I feel so so good about it, man. This is big for both of us!
