Had a nasty bout of anxiety that immediately went away when I started listening to Big Beat
several months ago I saw a tumblr poll that was like, what is the perspective of the voice in your head/self-talk? and I think the options were just regular first-person, second-person, third-person.
anyway this has been bouncing around in my head ever since because for me there are generally 1-3 particular perspectives speaking in second-person and OCCASIONALLY one in first person. and it never occurred to me until I saw that poll that this might be unusual...
my now bimonthly hrt schedule has somewhat replaced the previously typical descent into self-loathing and doom with a definitely noticeable libido spike and i am FASCINATED by that
