Thanksgiving

As of right now, it's 12:33 am, and thanksgiving is over, I haven't done much besides talk to my family and eat pie. A friend came over for a while and that was fun. But all day, all I could think about was my family back home. And my best friend back home. It was roughly three months ago I moved away to live with my dad, for reasons of my own. I missed everyone today. My granny, my mother, my aunt and cousins, my brother. I missed all the foods I know they had made because they make the same foods every year. Most of all. I missed my best friend. I do have a lot to be thankful for here where I live now, but, today was honestly very depressing for me. This upcoming Christmas, it's gonna be rough, I've got a big decision to make and I'm not sure what to do, either way...this Christmas is going to be very depressing. If you've made it this far I'm surprised, I'm pretty sure a lot of people have said, fuck this shit and kept scrolling through the other posts, seeing as it's basically just some depressing little spiel about well, depression. But well, it isn't entirely that, it is but it's also a shout out to those who also spend the holidays depressed, because of one reason or another, it's just not exactly the best time of year for you anymore, or maybe it never was. Yeah there's always gonna be some good to it for some of us, the fun of hanging out with the family, but sometimes it's just that, that makes it worse. Because yeah it takes your mind off of things for a second, but afterwards it's just as bad, if not worse. So, here's to all of y'all that had a depressing thanksgiving, and may your Christmas or whatever you celebrate be awesome and happy, and your future thanksgivings be filled with happiness
